This term we are learning about space. On Monday we had the kids in space lady come and teach us about what it is like to be in space.
We made rockets out of paper. We stuck a straw to the back of the paper rocket and got another straw and we tried to hit the roof and walls and floor. We made a flip book. We had to make a flip book about the phases of the moon. We got to wear space costumes. We were divided into groups .
I was excited to get to wear a space suit and make a rocket and a flip book .
My favourite part was dressing up in the space suit.
Do you know how many planets there are ?
